Ability to test executing a connector on create #77380
Description
This is the follow up to #75467
In the previous issue we reduced the feedback cycle when a connector isn't configured correctly by allowing a user to test their configuration as part of the update of a connector.
We would like to further reduce this feedback cycle to allow the user to test when creating an Alert.
This will likely require a new API as we can't currently execute a Connector which hasn't been saved.
