Summary
I've been seeing some extreme yet plausible cases of very long durations for certain services in our test environment and noticed that if the user wants to be able to read values from anything but the 95P or 99P, they won't be able to because we keep the unit the same even when the i.e. average line would be in ms compared to the 95P and 99P which might be in seconds or minutes at a certain spike.
