[Maps] Remove region/coordinate-maps visualizations from sample data in default distribution

The default-distributions adds Maps visualizations for sample data, but does not remove the region and coordinate maps visualizations it replaces. It should remove those as well.

Alternatively, we should just remove the region and coordinate maps from the OSS-distribution altogether. (so OSS does not ship with any maps examples).

+1 to remove these in the default distribution asap. It is confusing to have both types of maps in parallel
