Improve drilldown navigation with breadcrumbs

With introduction of drilldowns in v7.8, a user can navigate from one dashboard to another (and in the future between other destinations within Kibana). There's currently no way to go back to the source of the drilldown, aside from using the browser "Back" button. It may be nice to add breadcrumbs that show where a user came from and allow for easier navigation.

This has been mentioned on discuss by one of the community members, although not directly related to the drilldown implementation in 7.8. This feature has also been requested by SIEM and would be generally useful for other solutions so that you can easily navigate back to the solution after drilling down into a dashboard or Discover, for example.

Related suggestion: Enhance the existing dashboard breadcrumb trail to show available dashboards in a "flyout" menu hierarchy. This will involve enabling dashboard developers to organize dashboards in a hierarchy, similar to organizing bookmarks in folders in web browsers.

I had a harebrained idea to use a script inside an SVG inside a TSVB Markdown panel to query the dashboardStateManagerPanels key in session storage, because I notice that key contains the current view ID (e.g. the current dashboard displayed in Kibana), and so I thought I might be able to use that to build a dashboard navigation tree that was aware of the current location; but, nope, I got a "Refused to execute inline script" error. Sigh.
