Error Parsing Timestamp for PagerDuty action #63758
Description
I ran into this issue on Cloud trying to connect a PagerDuty action and using the date context. I couldn't troubleshoot because there is not Kibana logs (as far as I could see) so tried locally. Looks like we're parsing the context date incorrectly. This could be a known issue but wanted to open an issue to track.
Seeing this in 7.7, BC6
