Describe the bug:

Brushing the charts on the node details doesn't change the time interval

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the node details page for a node.
2. Drag a time range interval on any of the charts.
3. Observe that the selected time range doesn't change.

Expected behavior:

The selected time range changes to the interval the user dragged over.
