Dashboard-to-Discover drilldown

Analogous to Dashboard-to-Dashboard drilldown create Dashboard-to-Discover drilldown. It could probably go into discover_enhanced plugin.

• Config of the drilldown
  • Should show toggle "Pick saved search"
    • When toggle selected should show a list of all saved searches for user to pick.
  • Should have 2 toggles: (1) Use origin dashboard's filters and query; (2) Use origin dashboard's time range—same
    as in Dashboard-to-Dashboard drilldown.
