Description
We need to convert the remaining GQL endpoints to REST for the new platform:
The remaining endpoints are:
- Overview monitor list ([Uptime] Remove monitor states graphql #62853)
- Index status ([Uptime] Index Status API to Rest #59657)
- Monitor charts data ([Uptime] Improve duration chart #58404)
- All pings ([Uptime] Remove pings graphql #59392)
