The EuiBottomBar should appear only when any of the settings fields have changed. Clicking "save changes" will switch the button to a loading state that says "Saving...". If successful, show a success toast that says "(check icon) Successfuly updated "name of config" settings." If error, show an error toast "Failed to update "name of config" settings.

@hbharding Thanks for the update. One question on the checkbox for the default namespace: Do we need this here or could we just have the namespace input field?

Good point @ruflin. I suppose we could just have a single optional input with help text below that says ~"Leave this field blank if you do not want to use a namespace". Less clicks 👍

FYI we do the same thing in the "New agent config" flyout under advanced options. Whatever we decide, we should be consistent. @jen-huang do you see any reason for keeping a "use a default namespace" toggle? The only reason I can think of is if using a default name space would ever require the user to enter multiple fields. If not, I think we can simplify the design and just have a single input.
