Update the run_check_core_api_changes tool to generate docs from AppArch plugins.

It will take a mapping of source plugins paths and target directories, and run the existing generation and validation process on them.

Doing this in data plugin requires:

• Solving the namespace \ prefix issue (ApiExtractor doesn't support namespaces the way we currently use them)
