Users can get locked out of the Management section

Kibana version:

Current master (testing on cd9ead87c5).

Describe the bug:

If a user's last viewed app inside "Management" is no longer available (this could be because the URL changed or the app is disabled due to a license change) the user will be redirected to Kibana home page, unable to access any management apps through the UI.

Expected behavior:

For the user to be redirected to Management home page.

Any additional context:

Users can work around this by typing in the management home page url in the address bar.

I think this one has been resolved. I am redirected back to the management landing page if I try to access a non-existent route under /app/management.
