Canvas needs to support date_nanos

Elasticsearch version: 7.3.0 BC4

Server OS version: darwin_x86_64

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug:
Kibana got data_nanos support in 7.3.0. (#36111 )Canvas doesn't handle it right now and displays error message.
