Current structure:

Suggested structure:

Data Frame currently doesn't have results pages, just job management + wizard(s). Solution: Remove "Data Frame" from top level menu and add it as a tab to job management. The rest of the menu stucture can stay unchanged.

This can be done in a similar way like the tab structure on the APM start page:

This would be a middle step to at one point have only one unified job management list.

Since the overall wizard workflow of creating a data frame is similar to creating an anomaly detection, we could then use the same "Create job" on the job management page to start the workflow of creating a data frame job, and add the option to create the data frame on the next page.

This is similar to the original design for the Job Management page. There is still a space at the top left where sub-tabs for Jobs and Groups were supposed to go.
