add possibility to add a tags in histogram to note an event

Hi,

As described in the title, it would be very useful to have the possibility to set a tag on the histogram.

The tag could be simple. Just a vertical line with a dot on its top. By clicking on the dot, the user can write a note, to describe the event.

Stored in the kibana-int by example ?

And as usual, the line could be colored in different color, customizable by the user.

Issue #45 seems to be related. I could see this being useful in certain scenarios.

Imagine it'd be useful to have it query backed, maybe from an index that tracks events (deploys, maintenance, etc) so that you don't have to manually update all the events in your dashboards constantly.

Another idea I had while creating the duplicate #539 (unfortunately) was to be able to not only associated a label with a timestamp but also a query/filter.

This could be used to interesting points more specifically.
