Improving widget positioning, etc

I think the way kibana handle creating widget, moving and resizing them could be improved.

I think adding widget should be in a similar fashion: really simple.

This would remove the column widget, remove the concept of Rows (Rows tab in dashboard settings and Rows in the main view), thus simplify the ui a lot.
