[Accessibility] Create Space Edit URL Identifier needs instructions to Shift + Tab

**Steps to reproduce (assumes [ChromeVox](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chromevox/kgejglhpjiefppelpmljglcjbhoiplfn) or similar)**

1. Open `/app/kibana#/management/spaces`
2. Tab to "Create Space (button)"
3. Enter
4. Tab to "[edit]"
5. Enter

**Actual Result**
> "URL Identifier Stop Editing Aweosme Space Edit Text If the identifier is..."

**Expected Result**
> The actual result but without "Stop Editing" and  screen-reader-only instructtions to "Shift + Tab+ to stop editing"
