Kibana version: 6.5.0 BC1
Browser version: IE 11
Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging
Describe the bug: Infra UI home page is not aligned in IE. It's left justified instead of being in the center and some of the input boxes are smaller compared to other browsers.
