Preconditions:

1. 9.0.0 beta BC2 Kibana cloud environment should be available.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create logstash output and set it to default.
2. Create a policy with default Logstash output selected.
3. Now add Synthetics integration.
4. Observe user is successfully able to add Synthetics integration with Logstash output selected.

Expected Result:
User should not be able to add Synthetics integration with logstash output selected or default Elasticsearch output should be selected.
