Acceptance criteria:

• click on close permanently removes tour guide
• click on "try it" opens historical tab and permanently removes tour guide
• local storage is used for persistence
• in list view UI it shows the tour guide on the first history icon of the first row of first open accordion panel
• if panel is closed tour guide should move to the next available open pattern
• if user opens latest check flyout, tour guide should disappear and reappear near history tab if it's not selected
• if user opens history tab without clicking on tour guide, tour guide should disappear
