Preconditions:

1. 8.16.0 or above Kibana should be available.
2. Agent Policy should be created.
3. Two or more space should be created.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to Kibana.
2. The Space Selector becomes visible.
3. Observe that flickering "No Spaces Match" message is displayed on navigating to space selector

Expected Result

• Flickering "No Spaces Match" message should not be displayed on navigating to space selector
