Description
Kibana version: 8.16.0
Describe the bug:
Synthetics page returns error even when no data is present during onboarding flow
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a brand new es instance and start Kibana
- Navigate to the synthetics page using the navigation menu (note, this bug doesn't seem as reproducible when visiting the page directly via url)
- Observe the error
