Describe the bug:
Namespace smart field does not filter Patterns and Field Statistics tabs

Actual behavior: Selecting the namespace smart filter does not filter out the results in Patterns and Field Statistics tabs. When selecting a namespace the results will still show all namespace data as if selecting "Any" namespace

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Logs explorer and select a namespace under the namespace smart filter
2. Navigate to the Patterns or Field Statistics tabs.
3. Notice that the results there are not respecting the namespace filter
