[ML] Incorrect doc counts for semantic text fields in Data Visualizer and Field Statistics

The Data Visualizer page inside ML and the Field Statistics tab in Discover show an incorrect doc count % for semantic_text in the expanded row.

Here I have one document in my index, and the Data Visualizer correctly displays it is in 100% of docs in the table row, but in the expanded row it says 0.1%

In the Field Statistics tab in Discover it shows 0.1% for the semantic_text field in both the table and the expanded row. This same behavior is also seen for the text fields in the Field Statistics table:

Closing, fixed by #209945 to show "Analysis is not available" for vector fields in the Index Data Visualizer and Field Statistics.
