Describe the bug:

When there is no historical latest check result
Pattern check is still being marked as PASS

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version:
8.15

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spin up serverless instance
2. Add any empty index from devtools like:

PUT /auditbeat-custom-1
PUT /auditbeat-custom-2

4. Check DataQuality Dashboard and see the pattern check result icon being marked as PASS

Current behavior:

Marked as PASS

Expected behavior:

Not rendered at all
