Describe the bug:

• Anomalies card display on entity analytics when the user does not have ML privileges

Precondition:

• To have entity analytics enabled
• To have anomalies in your environment
• To have a customer without ML privileges (machine learning none)

Steps to reproduce:

1. With the customized user navigate to Entity Analytics page

Current behavior:

• The anomalies card is displayed, even links to visit the host and user anomalies are displayed

Expected behavior:

• The anomalies card should not be displayed

Additional information:

• Validate if the same behaviour is present on ESS and address it as well.
