Describe the bug:

• Machine learning displayed in the navigation menu and global search when the user does not have ML privileges

Precondition:

• To have a customer without ML privileges (ML set to none)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login into the project with the customized user

Current behavior:

• Machine learning is displayed on the navigation menu and global search

Expected behavior:

• Machine learning should not be displayed on the navigation menu or global search
