Describe the feature:

Currently APM Service Groups can only be created using following fields:

Agent.name
Service.name
Service.language.name
Service.environment
Labels.*

This request is to allow using "cloud.account.id" field as well as some customers want to organize their services based on cloud account IDs.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Customers can use "cloud.account.id" field to define APM Service Groups.
