Currently simulating a watch (while editing/creating it) takes place in two tabs: the first tab where a user can specify simulation options and a second tab that shows that simulation results.

There was discussion in today's Management sync meeting (and in a previous meeting as well) about combining these two tabs into one, perhaps by showing the simulation options on the left and the simulation results on the right, à la Console.
This issue is to discuss and decide on the re-design of the simulate experience.
