Static Website as an output target for Reporting

Describe the feature:

The ability to output a dashboard as a static website would be useful.
Then something similar to LINK REDACTED might be doable with Kibana reporting and X-Pack possibly.

Unsure the best way to deliver or publish the payload which will probably be a tarball.

The "Site Last Updated at " might need to be a prominent piece of information to communicate in case the publishing mechanism fails in some way, you don't want people thinking it's "live" if it's not. Either communicate this in docs with "Important things to remember when creating static websites from dashboards" or maybe have some way to inject or add it at report time.

I don't see this as a Reporting issue, I see it as a request to allow the user to save the web page in their browser and make the resulting saved files functional in some "non-live" way.

The big challenge I see if we support this: it would have to be tested reliably with each release, and I don't think this flow can be automated. Therefore the effort to support this adds a huge increase to release testing.

I am going to close this issue because I don't think the effort would be worth the benefit. If this does turn out to be needed, we can re-open this issue.
