Describe the feature:
Example an alert triggers a webhook action - however if the webhook server is down it is not possible to run a second action on failure of the first action to ensure the alerts is sent to secondary destination

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Aim is to not lose alerts and more easily find information about triggered alerts where the triggered alert action failed

Potential workaround is to define 2 actions so when one action failed the other webhook server might have received the alert payload
