[APM] Reuse error and crashes handlers between backend and mobile services

we now have
`GET /internal/apm/mobile-services/{serviceName}/errors/groups/main_statistics` and
`GET /internal/apm/services/{serviceName}/errors/groups/main_statistics`

The underlying handlers are almost identical ([mobile](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/main/x-pack/plugins/apm/server/routes/mobile/errors/get_mobile_error_group_main_statistics.ts) vs [original](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/main/x-pack/plugins/apm/server/routes/errors/get_error_groups/get_error_group_main_statistics.ts))

The common components, charts, tables should re-use the handlers/endpoints in some way.
