Describe the feature:
As a user, I would like the ability to clone a current transform and then change the data view. Today this is not possible unless you go through all of the steps and use Copy to Clipboard (JSON) and then change the Data View which prevents me from testing the transform with the new data view.

Here after cloning you see that I cannot change the data view thus 0 results for the transform preview.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
The specifics of this use case is changing index patterns or data views over time and we want to keep the same logic for our transforms when possible. There can be a lot to change so cloning works best. Ideally, it would be nice to alter the current transform by simply updating the data view and any fields accordingly.
