Once Elasticsearch implements DLM policies we will want to start using them in the Event Stream. This will allow customers to delete old events from the Event Stream.

• Setup DLM policy for Event Stream data stream
  • It should be able to drop old events (documents).
• By default, set it up such that it does not delete the old documents, or the time period for which we keep the events is fairly long.
