Describe the bug
Timeline Investigation Guide Label not clickable under preview
Build Details:
Version: 8.6 BC7

Steps
- create a rule
- under step 2 of rule creation add the timeline investigation plugin in investigation guide
- Click on preview button
- Observed that timeline Label started showing however it is not clickable and timeline is not getting open
Expected Result
- Timeline should open up in preview mode of rule investigation guide
Whats Working:
- Issue is not occuring after Rule is Saved
