Kibana should show started but incomplete monitors

Describe the feature:

In the past we've decided not to show monitors without summaries, which could imply in us not displaying monitors that started but are still running, or monitors which ran partially.

What we must do is find a way to display incomplete monitors and give users clear indications of when things are still running.

Please notice that this applies to the Synthetics UI, not Uptime.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: This is going to be specially useful for users to get fast feedback when running monitors that take a long time to complete, like browser monitors with many steps.

I like this idea, CC @drewpost @hbharding , it's a tricky design challenge, but it makes sense esp. for browser monitors, which can run up to 15m. If they get stuck you'll want to know, otherwise it'll look like a missed check.
