Integration status not updated under related integration even after installing the Integration

Version : 8.3.0 BC4

preconditions
- Kibana should be up and running
- Rule should be available with related integration say System integration
- System integration should not be install
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to integration tab under management
- install the system integration
- Navigate to above created rule with related integration
- Observe that Integration status not updated under related integration even after installing the Integration
Actual Result
Integration status not updated under related integration even after installing the Integration
Expected Result
Integration status should be updated as installed under related integration after installing the Integration
