Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:

Create a service group filtering only on the name of the services e.g. NLP* and it correctly returns a subset of services available. Save and it will still show the other services available.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable the service groups feature through Advanced settings for Observability
2. Create a new service group and fill out the query to filter only a subset of the available services in your environment
3. The resulting list of services when visiting the group should show an incorrect list according to the query that was specified for the service group.
