Summary

For the new Observability overview page, we want to show some aggregations about alerts. In particular, we want to display:

• Counter of active alerts
• Counter of recovered alerts
• Histogram with all alerts

Acceptance criteria

• A mechanism exists that given a:
  • List of indices
  • Timerange
  • List of aggregations
• return the result of that aggregations.
