[Azure docs] Create a detailed setup guide to show users how to take the most out of Azure Logs

The Azure Logs has a setup section that explains the basics of setting up an integration to collect logs from Azure services.

However, we still receive support requests from users who built sub-optimal or problematic setups. This problem is, in part, caused by the current Azure Logs integration structure.

These support requests are data points that tell us the current documentation is insufficient.

Our users need a detailed guide that:

• Show a few reference deployment strategies
• Define a clear and consistent glossary (what's a log category, what's a log group, what's an input, data stream, etc)
• Gives detailed step by step instructions to put all the pieces together.

I think one of the changes should be to replace Elastic strongly recommends creating one event hub for each Azure service you collect data from. with An Event hub must be created for each input.

We are working on #11251 to change to Azure Logs integration to spawn only one input per agent policy and avoid the many problems that come from today's implementation.

I am putting this guide on hold until #11251 is resolved.
