[Azure] Azure app state overview dashboard contains flattened data type

Description

The App State Overview dashboard is using azure.dimensions.* field which have flattened data type. Flattened data type can not be used in dashboards hence it showing field not found error.

As per the analysis, one approach is to use Runtime field with painless script to visualize data of a flattened type in lens. But runtime fields degrades the performance and doesn't provide best user experience elastic/kibana#25820 (comment).
