[DOCS] Align documentation with Beat modules where applicable

Some of the Filebeat/Metricbeat modules documentation pages are more detailed than the associated integration ones.

This module supports custom endpoints for on-prem deployments as well as alternative endpoints (GCC High endponts, U.S. DoD, European Union, etc)

This is not at all present in https://docs.elastic.co/integrations/o365, but should be feasible going in the "Integration settings" / "Advanced API settings" and then add (as an example):

      resource: https://manage.office365.us/

This issue should be taken as a meta issue to track all the different modules/integrations.
As not all the integrations are owned by Observability, there should be some coordination to track this.
