Odd geometry in Minsk region in Belarus regions

The Minsk region of Belarus has a variety of small enclaves and exclaves. These shapes can look jagged and odd due to simplification process we use to generalize feature geometries for data visualization in Elastic Maps Service. However, this does not appear to be an easy fix and would require manual editing.
