Both AsciiDoc and Asciidoctor convert quotes (
') into smart quotes (’). However, they do it differently. In any case, smart quotes aren't desired. This adds an escape character to prevent smart quote conversion for the Asciidoctor migration.Relates to elastic/docs#827
