Added RemoteClusterAware.indexHasWildcard and tests
Both unavailable and no-matching-indices error pathways are handled. Added List<ShardSearchFailure> failures to EsqlExecutionInfo Added isConcreteIndexName to RemoteClusterAware and removed indexHasWildcard
