SQL: a query over a shape field with ignore_malformed as true fails for the faulty data

This issue is very similar to #66675 but the source of the problem seems to be different. The test setup and reproduction is the same as the previous issue but the fix for #66675 (PR #66622) doesn't fix this issue as well.

This issue is not reproduceable anymore. In the meantime, the work around using fields API in *QL is complete and this is likely the reason for the fix.
