Add support for MultiPoint Queries to new BKD geo_shape indexing approach

This is needed for query feature parity with existing Prefix Tree approach. It depends on adding the adaptive orientation implementation (found here) to lucene to handle mathematical overflow that causes inconsistencies with boundary points.
