Handle attempt to close channel during TLS handshake in SSLDriver

This issue arose from these tests failures:

#32122

JDK11 changed the behavior of the SSLEngine when it is closed in the middle of a TLS handshake. The SSLEngine has always had finicky behavior around this edge case.

I have reached out to the security-dev openjdk mailing list to clarify the correct behavior.

In the meantime, I will mute this test.
