Description
Currently, in the Query Watches API, we cannot use a wildcard query on the _id field. Therefore, after we switched to using the Query Watches API in the Watcher UI in Kibana (elastic/kibana#218853), the search bar no longer supports searching by partial id (you need to type in the whole id). Users have reported that this is a significant drawback as they rely on partial id search.
