Export OnDropDocument and other helper types

OnDropDocument from helpers.ts is not available from estypes. Could it be added? There are probably also other types from helpers.ts that would be useful to have exported.

I'm not sure what the process is for having it added to src/api/types.ts since that file seems to be auto-generated code generated from a non-public repo?

estypes is limited to the auto-generated types that come from the Elasticsearch API specification.

All of the hand-coded modules like helpers should have their types exported from the root, but it looks like helpers types are not! I've fixed this in #2822, which will go out in the next 8.18 and 9.0 patch releases in the next few days
