Missing fields on watcher.SearchInputRequestBody

The watcher.SearchInputRequestBody class is missing some important fields: size, _source, script_fields. These fields were available in the old client and still exist when using the Elasticsearch API directly, they just appear to be missing from the new Java client class (and also the builder).
